If you thought 2011 was a year of exceptional milestones at Rough Hollow, just wait until you see what’s in store for the community in the New Year. There’s a fitting slogan that reflects the vision of Rough Hollow for 2012 as it prepares to further differentiate itself from any other community in Central Texas – SWIMSUITS REQUIRED!

While most communities would be content, if not thrilled, to offer residents access to a private Yacht Club & Marina as a hallmark amenity, the developers of Rough Hollow are already busy at work on a second community amenity that would put many destination resorts to shame.

Rough Hollow is pleased to introduce Highland Village, a water-themed Village Center where residents will gather to socialize, dine, play and relax. The first phase of Highland Village, estimated at $4.5 million, is now under construction.

The concept for Highland Village is to create the atmosphere of a small town with a town square feel that plays upon the historical references to the region, including the location of a stagecoach trail that ran through the rugged and steep topography of the western portion of the city later to be named Lakeway.
